Weapon Of Peace: Winning The War In Your Mind

Jesus said in John 14:27, "Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace 1 now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.] (AMPC).
 
How wonderful it is to know that as believers, we are not left on our own! The peace that we have is the very peace Jesus has. His peace is the governor of our mind and soul. Peace is our way of handling trouble. I'm sure you've faced troubled times, but glory to God, with the peace of God within us, we don't have to let trouble trouble us.
This is a truth: Peace is yours NOW! Peace is not something you have to reach for-Jesus gave you His peace. How silly would it be to ask for something you've already received? You just have to learn how to allow peace to rule.
